Motivation is the process of causing your body to move in a way that leads to a desired outcome. In order to achieve your desired outcome you must first be able to convince your mind that what you want is attainable. If your mind knows that you can achieve what you want it will follow your progress and increase your desire to move in a particular direction.
In order to understand how to motivate yourself to go to work you need to understand how our minds work. Most of us are constantly bombarded by commercials that tell us how to live better, work more and get more done. These messages cause us to want to accomplish those things. However, if we cannot convert these messages into mental images of ourselves accomplishing them then the constant bombardment will continue to wear on our minds.
